Yati Chimunthu
Yati Esther Chimunthu serves as the Hospital Manager at Ondangwa Private Hospital (OPH), where she steers the institution’s administrative and operational efficiency. With a career spanning over 16 years, Yati brings a diverse wealth of experience from the NGO, Energy, and Internal Audit sectors before solidifying her expertise in Healthcare.
Yati is a qualified professional holding the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) designation. Additionally, she holds a certificate from the University of Stellenbosch Business School’s Management Development Programme and is certified in MKinsight comprehensive audit and risk management.
At the core of her leadership is a commitment to OPH’s vision: providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare in Namibia and beyond. Yati champions a culture of professionalism, excellence, and integrity, ensuring that the hospital’s core values are reflected in every aspect of patient care. Marius Burger
Marius Burger is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with over 32 years of experience across diverse industries, including Communication, Information Technology, FMCG, Agriculture, Insurance, Hospitality, and Funeral Services. Renowned for his strategic vision, operational expertise, and ability to inspire high-performing teams, he has consistently driven growth, innovation, and organizational excellence.
Throughout his career, Marius has held senior leadership positions in both established corporations and entrepreneurial ventures, achieving measurable success in revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency. His open and inclusive leadership style emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and innovation, enabling teams to exceed expectations and embrace change confidently.
As the head of operations at Ondangwa Private Hospital, Marius is committed to positioning the organization as a preferred healthcare provider, leveraging technology, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Sr Nokuthula Ndlela
Sr Nokuthula Ndlela began her nursing career as a registered nurse in 1994. During her nursing carrier, she worked in South Africa and in Saudi Arabia where she worked for King Fahad National Guard and pursued pediatric critical care training. During her carrier, she rose to management positions in 2005 in and has worked for different companies in South Africa including Joint Medical Holdings and Netcare.
Mr Felician Balele
With a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree (B.Pharm) from Muhimbili University of Health & Allied Sciences in Tanzania, he have built a strong professional background across multiple healthcare settings. His career includes serving as a Consultant Pharmacist at the Care and Treatment Clinic of Mbeya Referral Hospital in Tanzania, District Hospital Pharmacist at Nankudu District Hospital in the Kavango West region of Namibia, and Consultant Pharmacist at Katima Pharmacy in the Zambezi region of Namibia.
