Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care, supporting clinical services, and promoting health and wellness within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct patient assessments and assist with general consultations.
2. Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as prescribed.
3. Provide wound care, assist in minor surgical procedures, and manage infection control.
4. Offer health education and counseling to patients and families.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
6. Support cervical cancer screening, HIV testing, and family planning services.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Registered with the Health Professions Council of Namibia (HPCNA).
2. Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
3. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice.
